Fee: $18 pre sign-up/$20 day of (Or $23/$25 if you are using one of our sewing machines).
Purchase a 5 Pack and get your sixth visit for free! To get the pack, sign up at the shop to received your punch card.
Prerequisite: Basic sewing skills & experience.
Join us every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday* for our Weekly Open Sew here at Cate’s Sew Modern! Whether you want to finish up a U.F.O. (unfinished object) or get inspired to start something new, we’ve got plenty of space for you to do so. Just sign up ahead of time and pack some snacks to munch on while you sew amongst like-minded makers! You’ll not only get to brainstorm and bounce ideas off of fellow sewists, but you’ll also have access to advice from our talented team members – including Cate*!
Space is limited to (6) per session.
*Please note that this is NOT a private or semi-private session. While we try our best to be available at Open Sews during store hours, we cannot guarantee which staff member(s) will be present during your session. We cannot teach you how to use your sewing machine. If you’d like to learn how to use your machine, please schedule a private lesson or attend the next Meet Your Maker class. Please check our online calendar to make sure the Saturday session has not been cancelled due to scheduled workshop.
