One Day Workshop: Wiksten Shift Top + Dress – PAST CLASS

Looking for something breezy and effortless to take you into summer? You’ve definitely found it! The Wiksten Shift Top + Dress is a timeless design that is both comfortable and chic, and perfect for the warmer weather. In this class you’ll learn to sew a complete top OR shift dress with our instructor, Nishi. This class is an entire day, and we’ll sew a garment from start to finish; Don’t forget to bring lunch for our mid-day break!

  • When: Sunday July 18, 2021; 9am – 4pm

  • Fee: $75  + cost of materials
    Sewing machine rental available for $5/day
  • Prerequisite: Basic sewing skills and familiarity with sewing machine required.

Instructor Bio: Nishi has been sewing garments since her grandma taught her how to sew an apron for her stuffed bunny rabbit. Her love for sewing her own clothing only grew from there.  More than anything she loves the pride that comes with wearing something you’ve made yourself out in the world and feeling that special confidence that can’t be beat with anything store-bought!
